Beginners 

Choose a suit to play with -Clubs-Harts-Spades--Dimends- Your own Choice don't matter as long as there all there. 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,J,Q,k,A

First Time Doing Push Up's Start with 2 being Two push ups and 3 Being Three push ups and so on.... Make the JACK card 1 Push up & the Queen card 1 Push up and soo on with all Letter card's 1 Push up each. 

Shuffle the suit you choose'en to Play with 2 Through Ace .. Flip the deck so all up side down so all faces are Face Down and (Shuffled) so Random Cards Will Show when u Begin your Routine.. (Make Sure To Stretch) 

Get into the Push Up Position and Only Flip One Card.. so if the number 4 Reveals do 4 push Ups and soo on... Rest as you need to in Between Cards if needed.. THIS BEAT'S A PEN AND PAPER OR ADDING AND THE STRESS OF LOOKING AT A NUMBER YOU HAVE TO DO NEXT... 

Random numbers is less stressful when u don't know what's coming up next and only pushes you to want to do more push ups. playing with you high cards as low numbers gives u a rest only for the next card.. In this you'll develop Gain's.

As you add numbers to your Push Ups and can Push up all 4 Suits, Add 1 in front of every card till you can Push Up all 4 Suits, When Accomplished the Teens, Add a Zero behind every number... Be Creative and have Fun..
